This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical and legal standards expected of all employees and business units at Labrador CMS. It is designed to guide our daily operations and strategic decisions, ensuring we operate with integrity and respect for individual and community rights.

2. Compliance with Legislation

Labrador CMS commits to adhering to all national and international laws applicable to our operations. In cases of conflict between our internal guidelines and legal requirements, the stricter standard will apply.

3. Employment Practices

We are committed to fair labor practices, including the prohibition of forced labor and discrimination of any kind. Our workplace policies support freedom of association, collective bargaining, and ensure all employees are treated with dignity.

4. Environmental Responsibility

Adherence to GDPR and other relevant data protection laws is mandatory, ensuring the privacy and security of all personal data under our stewardship.

10. Violation Consequences

Non-compliance with this Code can lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment. All employees are expected to understand and comply with this Code fully.
