Labrador CMS Releases First ESG Report 

Labrador CMS has experienced remarkable growth in recent years. Since securing investment in 2022, we have expanded internationally, attracted many new customers and achieved achieved 40% yearly growth on most metrics. Ever since the beginning of this journey, we have been committed to ensuring that our growth benefits not only our company and customers but also the planet. As part of this commitment, we have started reporting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors and measuring our impact—resulting in our first ESG report, which we are proud to release.

Despite our outstanding expansion, Labrador CMS remains an organisation of just under 30 employees and limited resources. Nevertheless, sustainability has remained a priority. Our efforts have been supported by our investors and facilitated by Celsia, a sustainability reporting platform designed to align with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the EU Taxonomy, and the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).

Through this reporting process, we gained a better understanding of our most significant environmental and social impacts, as well as governance responsibilities. It has also made us ready to act in order to contribute net-zero carbon emissions by 2030. 

This report is a beginning and the step that will allow us to continue to grow as a company responsible towards future. Our commitment  to contribute to Sustainable Development Goals complements our core mission: delivering a crucial software for the news industry, contributing to the preservation of the democracy in the future.
